If you can be on every hour or 2 then 20 stam is good
but if you are on like every 6 hours or once a day then you should have between 50-200 stam so you could use it before it gets full so no stamina would be wasted

Well, yeah, that's correct point, in general. If you're wanna be a good supporter, you'll be playing alot, that's how I see it. I don't order you to do so, mind it!
About numbers. I've 100 stamina, and that's too much. When I was building up, until maybe 100th level, I thought that stamina is a good investment. But with each level closer to 200th I've become more and more aggravated with all that much stamina. Now I think 50-60 points in it is well enough, for all purposes.
It's all about game mechanics: click-click-click and go over again. Really, spending 200 points of stam on the highest levels is impossible! There are just not enough opponents, especially if your attack skill is low.
So, my final recc.: build up attack power, and maybe defence. Stamina - about 50, phys. and psy. energies - 100 each. You don't need more, for any purposes and challenges that this game proposing. And don't even think of raising health! It's weird, but, more health means less strength in that game.
So real life is much better!
